Pamela Anders Yarborough, ND, MH
Pamela A. Yarborough is a Naturopath, Master Herbalist, Brain Integration Therapist, nd Usui and Karuna® Reiki Master/Teacher, and worked with ADHD and ADD children for the Cumberland County Mental Health and Rambaugh Mental Health Center as a licensed Therapeutic Care Giver. Her undergraduate work was in Psychology and she holds a Doctorate of Naturopathy (natural health and healing).
Pamela A Yarborough has been actively involved in homeschooling since 1998 and was co-founder of the Prattville Area Home Educators home school cooperative in Alabama. From 2003 to 2009 she was the chief administrator for Spiral Academy, a private umbrella school for homeschooling families.
Pamela is former owner of ACORNS, a journal of alternative homeschooling, and has written numerous articles on natural healing, homeschooling, and folk traditions for several other newsletters and magazines including The Mountain Voice, Crow Speaks, The Cottage and HICK: H.A.G.S in the Country and Kin, and The Castroville Times.
Pamela is also certified Scuba Diver and Taekwondo master instructor with a 4th Dan (degree) black belt from the World Taekwondo Federation and a 1st Dan in Combat Hapkido. She is also a mother of 5 children.
